Life-long creating has led to this moment.

Priscilla has been creating her entire life. Raised in a home where the arts were celebrated, it was a natural activity to create something. Her earliest memory of ‘making’ was sewing on her grandmother’s treadle machine before she was old enough to attend school. Throughout childhood she dabbled in many different methods of creativity. Painting, jewelry making, and ceramics are still favorite medias in which she still practices.

A few decades ago (wink, wink), Priscilla graduated with honors in the Art Education program at Western State College of Colorado. After graduation, she decided to continue her career in hairdressing, which is only now winding down after 33 years.

At the beginning of 2021, in the midst of covid lockdown, a passion was reborn. An online class, an incredible teacher, a seemingly endless supply of paints, and a commitment to paint everyday, led to this collection of works.
